AISI 304 Stainless Steel vs. Glass-bonded Mica

AISI 304 stainless steel and glass-bonded mica belong to fundamentally different material chemistries. AISI 304 stainless steel is a metal, while glass-bonded mica is a ceramic material. Therefore, their performance will be even more dissimilar than would be suggested by the difference in properties. There are 13 material properties with values for both materials.
