AISI 316 Stainless Steel vs. Alumina-lime-silica Glass

AISI 316 stainless steel and alumina-lime-silica glass belong to fundamentally different material chemistries. AISI 316 stainless steel is a metal, while alumina-lime-silica glass is a ceramic material.
