7475-T76 Aluminum

7475-T76 aluminum is 7475 aluminum in the T76 temper. To achieve this temper, the metal is solution heat-treated and stabilized by artificial overaging. The degree of overaging is chosen so as to maximize exfoliation corrosion resistance.
