ASTM Grade HC (28Cr, J92605) Cast Stainless Steel

ASTM grade HC steel is a ferritic stainless steel formulated for casting. Cited properties are appropriate for the as-fabricated (no temper or treatment) condition. HC is the ASTM designation for this material. J92605 is the UNS number. And 28Cr is the common industry name.

It has the lowest ductility among the cast ferritic stainless steels in the database.
