AWS ERNiFeCr-2 Weld Metal

AWS ERNiFeCr-2 is a nickel-based filler metal for welding. Cited properties are appropriate for the post-weld heat treated (PWHT) condition. It has a fairly high embodied energy among nickel-based welding fillers. In addition, it has the highest tensile strength and a moderately high base cost.

The graph bars on the material properties cards below compare AWS ERNiFeCr-2 to: nickel-based welding fillers (top), all nickel alloys (middle), and the entire database (bottom). A full bar means this is the highest value in the relevant set. A half-full bar means it's 50% of the highest, and so on.
