AWS ERTi-1 Weld Metal

AWS ERTi-1 is a titanium-based filler metal for welding. Cited properties are appropriate for the as-welded condition. It has the lowest tensile strength among titanium alloys. In addition, it has a very high ductility and a fairly high melting temperature.

The graph bars on the material properties cards below compare AWS ERTi-1 to: titanium welding fillers (top), all titanium alloys (middle), and the entire database (bottom). A full bar means this is the highest value in the relevant set. A half-full bar means it's 50% of the highest, and so on.
